LITTLE ROCK, AR – A Batesville woman won $100,000 from the Arkansas Scholarship Lottery when she entered a non-winning ticket into the Play It Again Second Chance Drawing.

Ruth Henderson bought her non-winning $5 Wheel of Fortune ticket at the T-Mart on East Main in Batesville.
