Double murder trial underway in Conway
CONWAY, AR - Jury selection is underway in the murder trial of Dr. Richard Conte.
Faulkner County Prosecutor Cody Hiland says it should take two days to seat a jury.
Conte is accussed of killing 48-year-old Carter Elliott and 25-year-old Timothy Robinson.
Conte served 9 years of a 15 year sentence in a Nevada prison for the kidnapping of his ex-wife Lark Gathright-Elliott. She is also the ex-wife of Carter Elliott.
