England police officer passes away
Sergeant Jimmy Don Slayden of the England Police Department passed away this morning of natural causes. Sergeant Slayden has been a member of the England Police Department since June 2005.
Sgt. Slayden loved God, loved his family, and loved the community that he was so proud to serve. He was 47 years old.
Funeral arrangements are pending.
