Harrison man wins $100k with scratch-off
LITTLER ROCK, AR - The Arkansas Scholarship Lottery announced Wednesday that Louis J. Walker, Jr. won $100,000 on a $10 instant win scratch-off.
Walker bought the lucky "In The Money" ticket at Tobacco World on Industrial Park in Harrison.
