Little Rock man wins $200,000 with scratch-off lottery ticket
LITTLE ROCK, AR - The Arkansas Scholarship Lottery announced Monday that Little Rock man won $200,000 with a $10 scratch-off ticket.
Howard Turner bought the lucky Diamond Fortune ticket at Citgo Mart in Little Rock.
Howard said he is planning to use his winnings to pay off his house.
