Thursday investigators found ten pounds of ice meth worth $450,000, $124,000 in cash and a stash of weapons inside Nunez's house just two doors down from where Holcomb lives.
"I know the reputation of Cabot is safe and it's got a good schools, so I did locate here for that."
Holcomb knew something was up when he saw lots of cars outside his neighbor's house Thursday afternoon. Investigators say it's the first problem they've had in the area.
Holcomb hopes it wraps up sooner rather than later. "Makes me a little suspicious, but I think it's just an isolated incident."
Ice meth is a form of the drug that is smokable. Authorities say ice usually ends up in Arkansas by way of Mexico. Nunez faces felony drug charge so far. Investigators are still trying to figure out if he was allowed to have weapons and they expect to file more charges.
