Man pleads guilty to kidnapping his estranged wife
The man accused of kidnapping and sexually assaulting his estranged wife has pleaded guilty.
Joshua Hanke entered the plea on charges of kidnapping, sexual assault and terroristic threatening. He has been sentenced to 15 years in prison along with an addition five year suspended sentence.
Prosecutors said Hanke dragged the victim by her hair into the woods and throwing her into a freshly-dug grave and assaulting her.
