Pot bust in Lonoke County

Tuesday the Lonoke County Sheriff's Office conducted a drug operation in the area of Furlow. As a result of the operation, an estimated 1 ½ pounds of marijuana was seized from a vehicle.

Three men were arrested on the scene for possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver: 25 year-old Joshua Brooks and 30 year-old Mario Landers of North Little Rock, and 30 year-old Antoine “Twig” Scott from Jacksonville. Landers also had an outstanding felony arrest warrant from the Arkansas Department of Corrections for parole violation.

All three suspectswere transported to the Lonoke County Detention Facility.
