LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (AP) - Fewer than 4,500 homes and businesses remain without power several days after a snowstorm blanketed central Arkansas with 10 inches of snow on Christmas Day.

Entergy Arkansas had 4,463 customers still dark as evening approached on Monday. The utility says it will again have a customer information center open Tuesday at its headquarters at 900 Louisiana Street. Customers can get information about the cause of outages and learn when repairs are expected to be complete.

People with electrical damage to their homes can get technical specifications to provide an electrician so they can get their homes repaired and able to accept electricity.

Electric Cooperatives of Arkansas says it was down to about a couple of dozen customers in the dark Monday, all in Saline County.
