Second Metropolitan Bank robbery suspect arrested
LITTLE ROCK, AR – Police have arrested the second suspect in the December 12th robbery of the Metropolitan Bank on Cantrell.
Police say 24-year-old Jerry Lamar Johnson and 42-year-old Angela Richardson robbed the bank using pepper spray and a gun. Richardson turned herself in to police about 3 hours after the robbery.
Johnson was listed as an armed and dangerous suspect prior to his arrest Friday. He will be charged with aggravated robbery and theft of property.
