Three Hurt as Police Chase Suspects in Little Rock, Vehicle Hit

LITTLE ROCK, AR - Police have charged one man after this morning's car chase with officers on Little Rock streets.

Lee Smith, 37, of Little Rock, is charged with felony fleeing, felony theft of property and felony hit and run in the incident.

Three people were hurt when their car was hit during the police pursuit. Their injuries are reported not to be serious.

Earlier details from the scene told of a truck that was hit and rolled over.

The Little Rock Police Department says officers arrested three people at the scene inside a stolen car. The names of the other two suspects have not yet been released.

The chase started at Maple Street and Asher Avenue and came to a stop a few miles away at 12th & Dennison Streets.
