The first big winner of the Arkansas Lottery is behind bars tonight.  Joseph Pierce was all smiles Tuesday after winning $100,000 on a $5 scratch off ticket.

But later the same day, he turned himself in to Sebastian County authorities to start a ten day sentence.  He pleaded guilty in August to charges he solicited sex from an undercover cop.

At the time, the officer also found three morphine or methadone pills concealed inside a flashlight on Pierce's keyring.
