$100,000 play-it-again lottery winner
LITTLE ROCK, AR – A Springdale man won $100,000 with a non-winning ticket in the Arkansas Scholarship Lottery’s play-it-again drawing.
Jason Cowell bought a $10 Super Jumbo Buck ticket from the Jiffy Kwick in Rogers. When he didn’t win, he registered in on ASL’s play-it-again website.
