WASHINGTON, DC - The Federal Trade Commission wants your help to stop harassing robocalls to cell phones and landlines.

It's putting money on the line in a new contest that's open to the public. The winning submission gets $50,000 and a trip to Washington to present the solution.

The FTC has already received 230 submissions.

The deadline is 4pm central January 17th to send in ideas.

The winner will be announced on April 15th.
