A drive-by shooting just after 10am Monday in the 500 block of W. 2nd Street in Malvern apparently missed the intended target.
Police say two men were arguing and it escalated to shots being fired. No one was hit in the incident but they are still looking for the suspects.
Both men are facing aggregated assault charges.
