It is tax time, not only can it be stressful, but it can be costly too.
But thanks to the Central Arkansas Development Council, the elderly, moderate to low income families and students, can have their taxes prepared for free.
CADC is offering 17 tax sites, including one in North Little Rock at the Community Center on Willow Street.
Trained IRS and Certified Tax preparers are there to help.
"There are some people that don't understand, all the complexities of tax preparation and sure you can go online and do it free, but
sometimes you need someone to explain what does this mean to me,” said Tax Preparer, Stephanie Webb.
