In Little Rock, scores of people turned out to say goodbye to Michael Jackson in their own way Tuesday. The Rave Theater in Little Rock broadcast Jackson's memorial service live giving fans a chance to come together to remember his talent.

Watching youngsters wait for the memorial outside the Rave Theater you get an idea of what Michael Jackson stands for to kids: entertainment. Several tried to duplicate some of Jackson's famous moves but they may not truly understand the loss the music industry or long time fans are mourning.

"We love Michael so much, I feel like he's a part of my family," says Sherita Williams.

"I've always been a fan of his ever since about 1985, I was about 5 years old," says Shermeka Winston.

Winston and others who grew up with Jackson's music came to pay their respects and reflect on the songs they say proved to be the soundtrack of their lives.

"I remember watching the Thriller video and just being so scared," she said. And now she's passed on her love of Jackson's music. "I introduced my 9-year-old daughter to Michael and now we're doing the Thriller dances," she said.

Fans say while it's hard to let go, they think Tuesday's service was a fitting way to say goodbye to the King of Pop. Williams said, "I think the memorial service was wonderful, I like the religious vibe it gives." And Winston said, "this gave fans that couldn't travel that far to be a part of the experience as well."
