'Moment of Silence' Bill Passes Arkansas House
LITTLE ROCK, AR -- A bill that would require public schools to have a moment of silence at the beginning of the school day has passed in the Arkansas House.
The bill passed without debate by a vote of 79-4.
Now the Senate will vote on the bill, which would then go to the Governor's desk if passed.
