Forecasters with the National Weather Service surveyed the damage in Center Hill in White County. That's where an EF1 tornado swept through causing thousands of dollars in damage.
Forecasters with the National Weather Service say because of our cold winter it's going to be a tornadic spring.
"The house rumbled, it shook, it banged, and finally it stopped," said Ken Spurbeck.
Ken Spurbeck and his wife Karen can't believe we're already dealing with tornadoes strong enough to knock over a large barn.
"The house started shaking, the lights went out, I thought the beam was going to fall on my head," said Karen Spurbeck.
John Robinson says we need to be ready for severe weather.
"Because we had a cold winter, the gulf moisture returned, later on in spring we will see worse conditions than we have so far," said John Robinson.
"It could have been so much worse, no one was seriously injured," said Karen Spurbeck.
So far at least three tornadoes have been confirmed in Arkansas from this storm. One in Saline, Cleburne, and one in White county. One person was killed and at least four others injured. Last year there were 45 tornadoes in Arkansas.
