A healthy quick breakfast for people on the go. 

Overnight Oatmeal Recipe

Banana Peanut Butter Oatmeal

Basic Recipe:
1/4 cup oats
1/3 cup milk
1/4 cup Greek yogurt
1 1/2 teaspoons Chia seeds

Flavor recipe:
1 Tablespoon Peanut Butter
1 teaspoon honey

Pour all into mason jar and screw on lid.  Shake until ingredients are mixed. 

Add diced banana to top of the jar and stir until well mixed. 

Return lid to jar and store in refridgerator for up to 2 days.

For other flavors use the basic recipe and change out flavors.
