LITTLE ROCK, Ark. -- Pulaski County residents with warrants for failure to pay will have a chance at amnesty.

People who have outstanding warrants in Pulaski County for failure to pay court fines and costs in Pulaski County Circuit Court may go to the Pulaski Circuit Clerk's office between March 15 and May 1 to pay the fine and have their warrant recalled.

This applies to all fines and cost warrants in circuit court, but does not apply to juvenile courts.

After May 1, all outstanding warrants will result in a driver's license suspension.

Anyone with a license that's been suspended due to a failure to pay warrant will be required to pay the reinstatement fee of $150 to the office of Driver Control before the license can be reinstated.

To find out if you have a warrant that qualifies for amnesty, call the Pulaski County Circuit Clerk's Office at (501) 340-8500.
