Both lanes of Interstate 30 are back open after a car crashed into an 18-wheeler Saturday night near Benton.
State police say 80-year-old William McCumpsey of Little Rock was driving the wrong way down the interstate when he hit the semi carrying medical supplies. The crash caused the truck to burst into flames.
Both lanes near the Alcoa Road exit were shut down while crews cleaned up.
McCumpsey is recovering from injuries. The driver of the semi made it out okay.
