Just after 3pm Thursday afternoon, a woman crossed the yellow line and hit a daycare bus from Little Scholars full of Pine Forest Elementary Children.
"It's every parent's worst nightmare... It's a bad situation," Jim Hanserd said with Maumelle Police Department.
Luckily the kids just have bumps and bruises and police say they don't think any went to the hospital. There were ambulances on the scene checking and treating the kids.
The woman driving the car has a broken leg. The daycare director says she thinks the driver of the car was speeding.
Right now, police say they don't know what charges if any the driver could face. It's still too early in the investigation.
