UPDATE: Suspects arrested in connection to Little Rock home intrusion, robbery

LITTLE ROCK, AR – Police have arrested three suspects in connection to a home intrusion and a robbery.

According to Sgt. Cassandra Davis with the Little Rock Police Department, Alexander Higgins, 22, Luke Patton, 20, and Wilbert Champ, 23, were arrested on December 11 in connection to a December 6 home invasion and robbery. The victim told police she was asleep in her bed when she heard a “banging noise” upstairs. She told police that an unknown man with a sawed off shotgun entered her room and demanded her valuables, including her jewelry, electronics, TV, laptop and other items, while other suspects rifled through her belongings.

Higgins, Patton and Champ were charged with aggravated robbery, aggravated residential burglary and theft of property. All pleaded not guilty and their bonds were set at $50,000, $70,000, and $100,000 respectively. Their next court dates are scheduled for February of 2013.
