LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (AP) — Police in Little Rock are investigating the discovery of a man's body near Interstate 30 as a homicide. The victim has been identified as Roosevelt Webster, 29, of North Little Rock.

Lt. Terry Hastings says the body shows signs of severe trauma and apparently had been there several days before being found Monday afternoon. A truck driver spotted the body on the city's south side and called police about 2:15 p.m.

Police have no motive or suspects at this time and the cause of death is unknown.
