Cleveland, OH (Sports Network) - The Cleveland Cavaliers claimed guard Shaun Livingston off waivers from the Washington Wizards Tuesday and waived guard Donald Sloan.
Livingston averaged 3.7 points, 2.2 rebounds and 2.2 assists per contest over 17 games (four starts) with the Wizards this season.
Sloan appeared in 20 games with Cleveland, posting averages of 4.1 points and 1.9 assists per game.
